The Board of Directors guides Manollasini Inc. through governance, strategic planning, financial oversight, and community accountability. Board members bring experience across the performing arts, finance, technology, nonprofit service, cultural programming, and organizational development.
Together, they support sustainable platforms where students and artists can perform, collaborate, and connect with audiences.

Founder, Chairperson, Artistic Director
Manasa Khandrika
Manasa Khandrika is the founder of Saraswathi Sangeetha Kalakshetra and Manollasini Inc. She brings experience as a Carnatic vocalist, guru, artistic producer, and cultural leader.
Through Saraswathi Sangeetha Kalakshetra, Manasa provides Carnatic music instruction. Through Manollasini Inc., she leads the development of inclusive platforms for performance, artistic collaboration, cultural preservation, and community connection.

Secretary
Rajeev Laghate
A trained tabla artist, Rajeev Laghate has supported SSK and Manollasini performances and productions for more than a decade.
He contributes strategic, operational, technology, media, photography, videography, and event-promotion experience. Professionally, Rajeev mentors AI-driven startups and advises founders on market strategy and technology ecosystems.
As Secretary, he supports organizational administration, board coordination, documentation, and operational planning.

Board Member
Vandana Sahni
Vandana Sahni brings experience in finance, nonprofit service, cultural programming, and community engagement.
A longtime Short Hills resident and community advocate, she has helped organize programs that celebrate Indian heritage and strengthen community connection. She holds a master’s degree from Pace University and a Chartered Accountancy Intermediate qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Her professional and community experience supports Manollasini’s financial awareness, partnerships, cultural outreach, and responsible organizational development.

Treasurer
Anirudh Khandrika
Anirudh Khandrika combines experience in music, technology, creative production, budgeting, and event operations.
An Electrical Engineering student at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, he has trained in Carnatic vocal music, violin, and viola. His previous finance work has included grant support, cultural-event budgeting, funding coordination, and cost planning across production departments.
As Treasurer, he supports financial recordkeeping, budgeting, board reporting, and responsible stewardship of organizational resources.
